Artisio Secures £250K Funding to Fuel the Growth of its Auction Technology
We started Artisio with the mission to lead the auction industry on to the next level of technology. Today, our team is overjoyed to share a key milestone: Artisio has raised £250 000 in funding from Jenson Funding Partners – an early-stage focused venture capital firm.
The acquisition of this new capital further accelerates our ability to empower auction businesses across all verticals.
Artisio delivers exactly what a modern auction management solution needs to be
Today, Artisio serves auction businesses with the following integrated products:
- Artisio AMS – Comprehensive front-to-back software solution for auction management
- Artisio Timed Auction Solution – A customisable online bidding platform white-labelled as part of the client website branding
- Live Auctions – Live auction software that enables auction businesses to bring auctions online via live auction software backed by StreamBid.
- Web-App – A platform for clients to control their settings, access their bidding history, view and pay invoices/settlements, and full ‘My Profile’ features.
Artisio AMS was launched in early 2021. Over 200 employees in auction businesses use Artisio daily to streamline routine tasks and automate the entire auction management process (handling inventory management, sale & auction creation, customer management, reporting & analytics, invoicing & payments, and more).
In mid-2022, we introduced Artisio Timed Auctions, which rapidly gained a reputation as a versatile and easily customizable online auction platform. Artisio auction management software and Artisio Online Auctions Platform are seamlessly integrated, functioning as a centralised hub where all auction information is automatically gathered and synchronised.
Most importantly, Artisio effortlessly integrates with any third-party partners already in use by the auction business. allowing customers to fully benefit from our product without the hassle of switching platforms or payment partners
Artisio has achieved an incredible amount in 2 years, with customers reported substantial reductions in time spent, as well as improvements in client satisfaction. In December 2022 Artisio was named ‘Most Innovative Startup of the Year 2022’ in Business Award competition organised by Visa & TBC Bank.
And this is just the starting point for our product vision. Over time, we intend to develop a self-onboarding platform to accelerate the process for new clients. This full suite is what we like to call Auction Automation.
What our customers can expect going forward
As part of this £250 000 fundraising, we’ve gained best-in-class investors and advisors who strengthen Artisio’s brain trust.
We are fortunate to have the support of Jenson Funding Partners, who bring technological and operational expertise that will benefit our customers.
This funding greatly enhances our ability to offer cutting-edge technology solutions to the industry. It enables us to invest in our team that consistently exceeds customer expectations, as well as expand into the US market and launch a self-onboarding platform to streamline the process for new clients.
We’ve never been more excited to leverage technology to empower auction businesses, and we could not be more grateful to our customers and investors for empowering us on this journey.
